I’m Vivian P. Ganley, a Florida Registered litigation paralegal with a defense-side background in personal injury and medical malpractice. I built Ganley Lawgical Choice to be the extra set of experienced and dependable hands litigation teams can count on. With a eight-year background in Florida defense litigation, I specialize in the work that’s time-sensitive and easy to fall behind on: discovery coordination, subpoenas/non-party records, medical records and chronologies, and trial preparation. My approach is simple: clear communication, organized work product, and consistent follow-through—so attorneys can focus on strategy while I help keep the file trial-ready.

Originally from Ozark, Alabama, I later moved to Tallahassee, Florida, where I earned my Associates in Arts in Paralegal Studies from Keiser University where I maintained the Dean’s List. That foundation combined with eight years in Florida defense litigation shaped the way I work which is organized, deadline-driven, and focused on delivering work product attorneys can trust.

Outside of work, I’m proud to be a wife that has been with her spouse of 20 years and a mom to our three beautiful active children. When I’m not working, I’m usually traveling, and trying new places to eat as I’m a bit of a foodie.
